So you know what to expect while expecting, but do you know what to expect after the baby arrives? and baby is a comprehensive workshop on EVERYTHING new parents need to know about the postpartum and newborn period. Learn about postpartum self-care for mom, how to have a successful and happy breastfeeding relationship, the nuts and bolts of keeping a new baby healthy and thriving, red flags for parents and newborns. Working with moms at Metro Minis and as doulas, Koyuki and Tiffany have countless hours of experience helping moms navigate new motherhood. We decided to teach parents what they really need to know about newborn care, BEFORE the baby makes his or her appearance.

Find answers to the following questions:

My newborn’s poop is green? Is this normal?
How does one actually get out of the house with a newborn?
What is cradle cap?
My nipples are sore? Should I just power through it and hope it gets better?
Where and how should my baby sleep?
How can a father best support a breastfeeding relationship between mom and baby?
Family and friends keep asking to help, but I can’t think of what they can do?
Will I ever have time to myself again?
Can I still enjoy my daily cup of coffee or even wine now and then?
It seems like some women can breastfeed and some can’t. How do I know if I’ll be able to?
